Tillian Point Apartments

In a continued partnership with Cobalt, SUM designed Tillian Point in Woodburn, Oregon, a community of 64 market-rate apartments that balances efficiency, comfort, and connection to nature.

Working from Cobalt’s master plan, SUM refined the design, created 3D concepts, and delivered construction drawings for the apartment buildings and clubhouse.

The site includes a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, along with a clubhouse featuring a lounge, kitchen, gym, and outdoor amenities such as a splash pad, play area, and dog park.

Adjacent to a protected wetland, the design integrates thoughtful setbacks and natural views, creating a welcoming, livable community.
