Dough Zone Dumpling House

SUM designed an outdoor experience that enhances Unitus employees’ well-being by creating a welcoming space for relaxation, activities, and connection with nature.

The space encourages movement, creativity, and social interaction while also providing quiet areas for personal retreat. We designed with natural materials, and provided accessible seating, greenery, and outdoor games, along with thoughtful lighting, Wi-Fi, and power outlets for added comfort.

This project reflects Unitus’ commitment to a workplace that values well-being, community, and engagement. Understanding the link between health, job satisfaction, and productivity, the design provides employees with a flexible space, both inside and out, to recharge, connect, and thrive.
