Perka, whose slogan is “We Heart Regulars,” needed a headquarters that embodied its mission of fostering local connections and loyalty.

SUM transformed two penthouse floors in a century-old downtown Portland building into a lively, flexible workspace that mirrors the energy of the businesses Perka supports. The design includes a sunken living room, built-in planters, colorful textiles, modern furnishings, and a suspended ceiling cloud shaped like the company’s logo.
